This is one of the songs I’ve been listening to hard this week. It fits perfectly with my focus for Lent.

As I try to do one thing at a time—even though I’m failing a lot—I’m reminded to focus on the One I’m doing it for. Jesus is the One I seek to know and follow hard after.

Thanks for those who prayed for my sweet home Alabama again today as more tornadoes rolled through. I had no damage, but just a few miles from my house was much loss. My heart cries for those who lost homes that were barely rebuilt from the tornado damage last April.

Love the song and the theme to it also. Thanks so much for sharing. I have been praying hard for the nation as a whole during this tornado season considering how awful last year was. I am glad you have protected.

Glad you're all ok there. We had some pretty fierce storms here but no hail or outages in our immediate area. I haven't heard yet about the rest of the city. March certainly came in like a lion. I feel for those folks who had severe damage a second time.

Thankful you are okay!!...March is coming in like a LION indeed!...scary. My son in Charlotte said he saw a house that was thrown across the interstate...Scares me. They are okay there....I had no idea the predicted thunderstorms were going to go to that extreme!!! ..Those words...a passion ~ an obsession ~ an ambition, all say one thing to me *singleminded* yes...oh to be so FOCUSED that nothing could deter or distract...what warriors we could be...we shall pray to that end. I don't know why I didn't think to come here first before I posted on your fb wall. I'm so glad to know you are okay, Lisa. I've not heard from A. (who lives there)...but I did hear that Yarborough Road was hit yesterday. I understand that is about 3-4 roads over from A.'s street. I also on the morning news that the road where she works was hit again. So much sadness...so many hurting people.

Focusing on Him and His faithfulness to His people today. He promises to bring good from what we see as bad...

A magnificent Obsession – YES please. And last year I had houses destroyed 5 min. from where I live by tornadoes – and there was Joplin – and just about a week ago there was Branson - this is where we live my friend. I'm glad you're safe – and I'm sorry for those people – so I'm both inspired and sobered by your post today – thank you Lisa. God bless and keep you and each and every one of yours.

Sometimes the easiest thing for me to do is follow God's call and the hardest is to walk past those who point and sneer because they don't understand.
