“Now to Him” @ “Then Sings My Soul Saturdays”

then_sings_my_soul I’m so excited that we’re learning to sing “Now to Him” at my church as of last Wednesday night.

It’s been around a couple decades and I’ve loved it from the start. Straight from Ephesians 3:20-21, this song is arranged by Keith Lancaster and sung by Acappella. The musical harmonies are exquisite and the thoughts even more so.

“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.”
Ephesians 3:20-21

These are amazing verses from the apostle Paul about the glorious riches of God and the unstoppable love of Jesus. They’re proven true in universal ways through salvation and in specific ways through individual lives.

On my and Jeff’s one year anniversary in ’93, I gave him a Bible and inscribed a personal note with Ephesians 3:20 on the inside cover. The sweet blessing of my husband has proven to me time and again that God is a God of love and grace. I could never have imagined to even ask for the husband that I have, yet God gave him to me anyway.

Such blessings can’t be explained and certainly aren’t deserved. But because of them, we know Ephesians 3:20-21 is true.

I love acapella...but I must say I was suprised about 1/2 way through the video! :) Thanks for sharing this beautiful song!
