Lisa, would you believe that I used Colossians 3:17 on the blog on the "about" page? That has been my life verse from the first week I met Jesus. I know I fail miserably at doing it sometimes but it has been my goal for 27 years now. We've had many pastors over those years, but when the Lord moved each of them on my world didn't fall apart because the Lord graciously brought that verse to my attention from the beginning. I didn't do what I did for man's praise (and that is still what I strive for) but I did it for the Lord. Love you!

Sigh...words I needed to hear today. I have been blessed twice today by your blog! Today was a tough day of driving a lot of children to a lot of places and I one point I became so frustrated at the lack of communication I just responded so poorly. At 14,15,18, and 20 I tend to expect too much at times. I completely lost sight of why and who I do my running around for. Thank you for the reminder!
