It wasn’t written to make me self-fulfilled
It was written to make me holy
Like He is holy
Yet
When I read it I find joy
When I read it I find wisdom
When I read it I find purpose
Because when I read it
I find Him
I want to know more
But knowing more is not my goal
My goal is becoming more
More
Like Him
So I read the words
And eat the words
Because within the words
Is Life in the Word
Him
