Learned last week
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.
2 Corinthians 5:17
I’ve always loved the smell of Play-Doh. I was never good at sculpting things though. Snakes. Snowmen. Not much else. Wad it up, start all over.
God does much better with us.
When he makes a new creation, he starts fresh. Not only are we not the same lump of clay as before, neither are we breathing the same spirit as before, nor are we citizens of the same kingdom we once lived in.
Who does he do this with?
Anyone that is positioned correctly.
In Christ is the place to get the fresh start. To BE a fresh start.
Putty in his hands. That’s what and where I want to be.

A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.

Amen! :)
PS, I was never great at creating playdoh sculptures either...I just mostly loved that device that made it come out in funny squiggles. ;)
