Are good intentions enough?
6:8 "But the Lord said to David my father, 'Whereas it was in your heart to build a house for my name, you did well that it was in your heart.'"
So is sometimes just the intention good enough? At least when the fulfillment turns out to be impossible? I like that thought anyway because so many of my good intentions go unfilled...
7:2 "And the priests could not enter the house of the Lord because the glory of the Lord filled the Lord's house."
It was a tangible, smoky thing--this glory of the Lord. It puzzles me. I know I can't see it today with my visible eyes, but I will...one day.
Are good intentions enough?
