You see problems. Every day.
Fights. Bitterness. Divorce. Gossip. Hatred. Abuse.
Learn what you can about them.
Learn how to solve them.
But also remember:
There’s a time for learning and
a time for doing what you’ve learned.
How balanced are you between the two?
Definitely make time for tilling the soil and planting the seed and watering the shoots.
But don’t forget to harvest the crop and enjoy the bounty and delight in its taste.
Love somebody today.
For the problems it solves and the sheer joy it brings.
To them. To you. To the world.
Love God today.
For the sin it cleans up and the pure pleasure it holds.
For him. For you. For the world.
Lack of education isn’t our biggest problem; lack of love is.
Do your part to remedy that.
Today, love more.

Who can you love more today?
How will you do it?

Yes! Well said, Lisa! Showers of God's love into your life! Be abundantly blessed!
That's what it all comes down to -- loving God and others. So easy to say, so hard to do. His grace is sufficient -- "self" is the problem. But He patiently leads us and teaches us day by day to love as He does.
How sweet it is to love someone, Lisa, just for the pure sake of loving them.
I read of a missionary who gave vegetable seeds to starving members in her church. They wanted to eat the seeds right then. She had difficulty explaining that the seed must be planted first in order to receive the harvest. We are ofen like that - - too anxious to wait for our seeds we plant into the lives of others. We want to see fruit immediately and it may take more time than our patience wants to allow! Often just wise to love on them (as you say) :-)
love is indeed
the greatest of all seeds!
Love is the best form of Grace you can give a person. Thank you! I have been trying to show more love and grace to my husband verses critiquing him and correcting him.
i always need to hear this message.
thanks.
Good post, Lisa. We all need to love more -- love others more - love God more.
Only God can give the growth. But if we fail to water and plant and plow with love, we forfeit opportunity to see it. Most worthy words you've written here, Lisa.
