Try to feel afraid--can't happen

In the closing chapter, C. S Lewis paints the “real” Narnia as so much more than the shadowlands Narnia, just as the real heaven, without physical encumbrances, is so much better than our shadowlands earth.

And impossible to feel fear? I love that thought about heaven. We will be in the constant, overwhelming presence of pure agape Love, which will abolish even all thoughts of fear.

“There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear.”

Just the thought of no fear is a taste of heaven to me. I got another taste of heaven yesterday...because my surgery required fasting, Jeff chose to fast, too. The Lord knows how to reach us with His love in the most unique ways—I was touched.
