When everything falls apart

This song has been a favorite of mine for awhile. It points out what I love to hear: even when life gets tough, we’re never alone and we’re never dependent upon our own strength.

It’s the Lord’s presence and the Lord’s strength that keeps us going on. He’s holding tightly on to us. So all is well.

I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.
John 16:33Everything Falls by Fee

  Everything Falls

LYRICS

You said You´d never leave or forsake me
When You said this life is gonna shake me
You said this world is gonna bring trouble on my soul
This I know

CHORUS:
When everything falls apart
Your arms hold me together
When everything falls apart
You´re the only hope for this heart
When everything falls apart
And my strength is gone
I find You mighty and strong
You keep holding on
You keep holding on

When I see darkness all around me
When I see tragedy has found me
I still believe Your faithful arms will never let me go
And still I know

CHORUS

Sorrow will last for the night
But hope is rising with the sun
It’s rising with the sun
There will be storms in this life
But I know You have overcome

CHORUS

I love this song and have it in my iPod. It truly says so much to us during the times of our life challenges.

"Hope is rising with the sun". Hasn't God proven HImself faithful with each new day and in all our circumstances in the past? So it will be today and in the future. He never falls apart nor forsakes us when we are!

Lynn,
Yes! I found myself saying that just last week: that God has been so faithful in everything in my past. Why would I ever doubt his faithfulness in the future? I *know* it; just want to *feel* it, too, so I'll stop worrying. I'm getting there, though, praise God.
